As a family, positions in the Career Planning and Development series have responsibility for assisting and counseling students in relation to a post-graduation placement program.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Master's degree and
significant experience in career counseling and placement. Supervisory skills
are strongly recommended.

Serves as second in charge
of a career planning and development office. Can perform all the duties of the
Director. In addition, the Assistant is responsible for a segment of the career
planning and development process, such as the day-to-day operation of the career
planning and development center, coordination of career seminars, or the researching,
compilation, and dissemination of employment trends, employer needs, and other
career related matters. May supervise clerical and student support staff.
