Student Learning Center
Fall 2013

Welcome to the College at Brockport's Student Learning Center! At the SLC, we encourage all Brockport students, whether entering directly from high school, transferring from another institution, or simply continuing undergraduate or graduate coursework, to strengthen their writing proficiency, improve their ability and confidence in mathematics, and sharpen their study skills. The Student Learning Center provides a wide variety of academic support services to meet these student needs. Additionally, we offer tutoring in all content areas to help students deepen their understanding of specific course material. All of our tutors are Brockport students who are hired based upon academic excellence, faculty recommendations, and a willingness to serve the College community by helping others. We invite you to browse the pages of this site to learn more about our services and staff. You will also find some great study tips and links to other websites and resources that can help you become academically successful. We look forward to seeing you at the SLC!

Sincerely,

Michael Dentino, Director
Mike
