  • Transfer student acceptance rate is 55.4% for fall 2011.
  • About 55% of transfer students are women.
  • Approximately 80% of all transfer students enter Brockport at a Junior status or higher at the time of transfer.
  • Most students transfer from a community college with MCC sending the largest number of students followed by GCC and FLCC.
  • About half of all transfer students enter Brockport with an associates degree and 70% of transfers coming from a community college have earned an associates degree.
  • The School of Health and Human Performance has been the most popular school for entering transfer students.
  • The top majors for transfer students are Criminal Justice, Nursing, Social Work, Business Administration and Physical Education.
  • The average transfer grade point average is 3.2.
  • The percentage of full-time transfer students continuing to their 2nd year is 79.5%.
