| Why did you choose Brockport? | I chose Brockport because I liked the layout of the campus. Everything is close to each other. I did not want a big and populated college so Brockport was perfect. I also liked how the food was ranked #1 in the SUNY system since 1994 and I wanted to be in Delta College, which is only offered at Brockport. |
| Best thing about your major: | What I like best about my major is that all my classes are interesting. There is a lot of classes offered for history majors so I get to pick classes that interest me instead of being stuck in a class that bores me. |
| Activities: | Delta College, Army ROTC, Sophomore Council, Military Science Club and I have studied abroad in England for a month and will be going to Alaska in summer 2007 for two weeks. |
| Favorite Professor: | I do not have a favorite professor. The Cadre in Army ROTC are my favorite teaching instructors because I can go to them for anything and they are always working hard to make sure we will be successful officers. |
| Advice for prospective students: | Do not just pick a college for your major, make sure you visit the campus and that it appeals to you. |
| Favorite campus food: | My favorite campus foods are the cookies, chicken fingers, grilled chicken and Arizonian potatoes. |
| Best thing about SUNY Brockport: | The campus is small so walking to class is not a nightmare. |
| Future Plans: | My future plans are to graduate with a History degree with a Military Science minor and commission as an officer in the Army. After that, I will finish training to be an officer and go to graduate school to get my Masters in Education so I can teach high school history! |
