Living on Campus

TownhomesA residence hall is more than just a place to sleep. That’s why residential life at Brockport is about learning as well as living. All residence halls are designed to aid you in your studies, foster camaraderie, and help you pick up a few life skills along the way.

First-year students can choose either corridor-style living (shared common areas for all students on a floor) or suite-style living (shared common space among four students). Townhome living is an option for juniors and seniors, and units include a full kitchen, laundry, two bathrooms and space for four students.

All residence halls are fully furnished and have Internet access, phone and cable TV service, laundry facilities and common space for students to gather, study and interact.

Living Learning Communities

Living Learning Communities (LLCs) provide unique environments for students to share common residential and learning experiences centered around select majors and other areas. Students participating in these LLCs participate in special events and off-campus fieldtrips with other students who share similar interests, passions and challenges.
