BIO - Student Biography
We require a letter detailing what you have been doing since your high
school graduation or last date of college attendance in order to evaluate
your application.
MID - Mid Year Grades
We require your first two quarters of course work before your application will be reviewed for an admissions decision. Please forward your mid-semester grades to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
TRC2 - Improved Grades
The Admissions Committee has decided to delay making a decision on your
application until your final grades for this semester are in . The Committee
is concerned about your academic performance thus far and would like
to see improved grades in your liberal arts course work. The Committee
is specifically looking for a minimum grade of B in these courses..
Please be sure to send us an updated transcript when final grades are
posted so that your application can be reviewed at that time.
TRC1 - Continued Success
The Admissions Committee has decided to delay making a decision on your

is looking for continued and improved success in your academic course

EOG – Explanation of Grades
The Admissions Committee has decided to delay making a decision on your application until we have received an explanation of your semester and/or cumulative grades below a 2.5 GPA. Please provide the Committee with a written explanation of factors that led to those grades below the minimum 2.5 GPA requirement.
