I am working at a company that helps mentally disabled people.
Why did you choose Brockport?
I came to Brockport to major in Nursing, and because I heard the food was good.
What is your most memorable experience at Brockport?
I have so many memories, I can't pinpoint one.
What is your favorite thing about Brockport?
My favorite thing about Brockport is the opportunities given to enhance your leadership skills.
What was your favorite class at Brockport?
My favorite class at Brockport was Contemporary Black Women and Human Sexuality. Both classes teach you things that were never taught in high school. It opens up your eyes to what is going on in the world past, present and future.
How would you describe your faculty?
Faculty are so willing to help.
How did Brockport prepare you for your career of choice?
I was exposed to extra activities and internships that were in the field I want to pursue.
How has your experience at Brockport shaped your life?
I look at life differently and am more open to everyone's views.
What is one thing every student needs to try at Brockport?
Get involved in as many clubs and extra activities as you can because you can make a difference. And, try Trax!
What advice would you give to future students?
What should a future student never leave at home for college?
I would never leave my cell phone because it is my life. I stay in contact with my family and friends and was able to keep up with any leadership things I was involved in at school.
