Overnight Visitation Program

 

Who?

This program is for ACCEPTED students who are STILL DECIDING (meaning you have not submitted your tuition and housing deposits yet*) whether to attend The College at Brockport.

*Deposited students will have a similar experience at Summer Orientation 2012.

 

What?

Overnight and day-long shadowing opportunities are available for accepted students through our First-year Experience Program. During your visit, you will:

• Attend classes with your current host
• Eat in our dining halls
• Stay overnight in a residence hall (or just visit for the day)

To maximize your experience, please be aware of the following:

• If you wish to meet with an academic department, athletic coach or other office during your stay, please contact them directly. The First-year Experience office does not coordinate meetings with other departments or individuals.
• Although we will do our best to accommodate any request, we recommend a two week notice for all visits.
• Make your reservation by Friday, April 13!

 

When?

Current Brockport students are available to host accepted high school seniors on the following dates:

• February:
  • Tuesday 2/7 to Wednesday 2/8 -- currently closed

  • Tuesday 2/21 through Friday 2/24 -- currently closed
  • Tuesday 2/28 to Wednesday 2/29 -- currently closed

• March:
  • Tuesday 3/6 to Wednesday 3/7 -- currently closed
  • Tuesday 3/20 to Wednesday 3/21 -- currently closed
  • Tuesday 3/27 to Wednesday 3/28 -- currently closed
  • Friday 3/30 to Saturday 3/31 -- currently closed

• April:
  • Tuesday 4/3 to Wednesday 4/4 -- currently closed
  • Tuesday 4/17 to Wednesday 4/18 -- currently closed
  • Friday 4/20 to Saturday 4/21 -- currently closed
