Message to the students of today: There is no one recipe for living a good life but I can share my approach. I have found happiness by taking time daily to be appreciative of nature, the people around me and all the things I have in my life. My life has been enriched by being kind and helpful to others, especially those people often ignored by society in general. I have found satisfaction in my career by working hard and constantly learning new skills and approaches to lawyering. I have avoided regrets by exercising great patience, being considerate of other people and trying hard to forgive. I believe that the earlier in life that you can identify qualities and actions that will bring you peace and happiness the more you will be able to make a positive contribution to society and live a fulfilling life.
