Major: recreation management
What you are doing now: I am a dolphin trainer at Discovery Cove in Orlando, Florida.
Favorite class at Brockport: I really enjoyed all my classes and I loved my Field Experience class.
Favorite professor(s) at Brockport: Arthur Graham, Joel Frater and Nancy Ballaron
Most memorable Brockport moment: I have four years of amazing memorable moments. The day I received my diploma was one, placing in the state track meet, snowball fights near Harrison Hall, classes in the old "scary" Hartwell Hall, and a lot more...
Most interesting life experience: I have had a lot of experiences and I know I have a lot more to come. Some of the better ones were traveling to Argentina, working with dolphins, going on my first cruise, and experiencing new things and adventures while living in Florida.
Most famous person I have met: Dominac Monaghan, Evangaline Lilly, Laurie Metcalf
Last book read: Amazonia by James Rollins and Sister of the Sky by Margaret Allan
CD most likely to find in your stereo: Bare Naked Ladies, Dave Matthews
Favorite movie: National Treasure, Serendipity, Star Wars, Goonies
Favorite vacation spot: Swan Lake in the Adirondack Mountains
What you want to be doing next year: Still dolphin training but I would like to go back to school for another major or master's degree.
What you want to be doing in 20 years: Either still working with animals or working as a teacher or in recreation again back in New York.
Message to the students of today: Never lose sight of your dreams, find something you love to do and do it! Volunteer for things, laugh often, get involved in any kind of activity. Live life!!!
