Bob McAllister '55, former Amherst Central soccer coach, was inducted into the New York State Boys Soccer Hall of Fame at a banquet in November 2009 at the Soccer Center in Oneonta.
Patricia Christian Bilsky '73 retired from teaching after 30 years in the Whitesboro Central School District.
Carvin Eison '74 completed directing and filming his movie, Shadows of the Lynching Tree, a documentary on hatred, violence, and hope.
Jim Dennis '75 received a $ 1.9 million five-year grant from the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Reseach at the NIH entitled "Tissue Engineering a Neotrachea." The goal of the study is to use tissue engineering principles to fabricate a new trachea in a patient using the patients' own cells.
William Walker '75 has been promoted to Assistant Vice President and Business Segment Manager for Personal Lines at the Utica National Insurance Group in New Hartford, New York.
Diane Kozakiewicz '89, senior client services agent, Personal Lines Group, has received the 2009 National CSR of the Year award from Kemper Insurance.
Curtis Birthwright '90 was appointed Assistant Director of Early Learning Center Operations at Wilson Commencement Park.
Jim Lodes '93 was named head coach of the Rochester Institute of Technology women's volleyball program.
Matthew McGarrity '97 was named the new superintendant of the Orchard Park School District.Nicholas Adrian '02 is a producer in New York City and his Sundance award-winning film, Smash His Camera, was just picked up by HBO. He has a new show airing on The CW.
Hazel Sloper '07 was named a Senior Tax Accountant for Lumsden & McCormick, LLP.Joseph Gallina'07 married Elizabeth Burkiewicz on July 25, 2009.
Holly Manville '09 married Jason McMullen on December 31, 2009.
