Alexander Johnson '54 has authored two books, The Principle Role of the Principal and My Life, My Hopes and My Dreams.

1960s

There is a group of seven classmates from the class of 1960 that gather on Pawley's Island, SC yearly in the spring to reminisce about their days at the College at Brockport. The group includes Monna Madge Carter, Margaret Krehbiel Hecht, Ginny Moore Landwehr, Betty Whitmore Nevins, Erna Schulz, Delphine Heffler Trimble, and Fern Bernstein Zeitlen.

Donald Staffo '68 was inducted into the National Association for Sports and Physical Education Hall of Fame in Charlotte, NC. He is one of only two people in the country to receive the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance's three highest national awards and be inducted into the NASPE Hall of Fame.

Diana Suskind '68 worked with The Elizabeth Jarman Foundation on an action research project, Stonework Inspires Storytelling. Stonework is a form of creative learning, engaging the senses and animating imagination, allowing each person to create something unique.

1970s

Rosemary Callard-Szulgit '73 will have her second children's book, Oliver K. Brand...A Very Kind and Intelligent Little Boy, published in June.

Thomas Gosdeck '73 is living in North Carolina where he is preparing to retire from the law firm, Hill & Gosdeck, he founded.

1980s

Kristine Duffy '87 was appointed the next president of SUNY Adirondack.

1990s

Mike Stein '90 started a new job as the Distribution Account Manager for Dell/WYSE.

Jeffrey Myers '96 was awarded the Distinguished Service Award by the New York's State Recreation and Parks Society for his work done as Commissioner of Recreation and Parks in Perinton, NY.

Chuck Mitrano '99 created the "Conduct Foul Program" that is now part of the Division III strategic-positioning platform about sportsmanship.

2000s

Burnice Green '01 was selected as the 2013 New York State Elementary Assistant Principal of the Year by the School Administrators Association of New York State.

Maureen Kesser '03 joined the government relations team of the Central New York based law firm, Wladis Law Firm, P.C.

Carrie Santore '05 was recently was inducted into the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association Hall of Fame. She was a four-time national champion for Brockport and won six All-American awards.

2010s

Caitlin Pollard '11 was selected as the Education Abroad Program Specialist at SUNY Oswego.

Kathleen Bailey '12 was recognized as supervisor of the year for her work in the Office of Residential Life/Learning Communities at The College at Brockport.

Karen Rochford Mayfield '07 and her husband Dan Mayfield welcomed their son Daniel William Mayfield on April 18, 2013.
