Alliance with the Medical Society of the County of Monroe (Dawn Lipson)
The Alliance with the Medical Society of the County of Monroe Awards were established in 2004 through the special efforts of Dawn Lipson. This fund benefits SUNY Brockport’s respected nursing program through a scholarship, and provides additional support for the Department of Nursing. The first scholarship recipient will receive the award this fall. Dawn Lipson, a member of the Brockport Foundation since 2000, took the initiative to make the contacts that brought these awards to life. We are grateful for her efforts in establishing these awards which add to the excellence of the Department of Nursing.
