Marguerite Hare Browne Society

William & Monika Andrews

An emeritus professor of political science at the College, Bill Andrews remains active through numerous volunteer activities within the College and throughout the Village of Brockport. The historian for the Village, he can be seen walking or riding his bike up and down Main Street as he coordinates community activities such as Max’s Mardi Gras Parade; the purchasing and sponsorship of the beautiful benches that line Main Street; lending his assistance to the volunteer-run Welcome Center on the Canal; the Brockport Historical Museum; last year’s dedication of the Albert W. Brown Building on campus; and so much more. We are very grateful for the recent pledge made by Bill and his wife, Monika, in support of a number of philanthropic projects on campus, for which they are being honored. We welcome Bill and Monika Andrews into the Marguerite Hare Browne Society.
