William & Ann Rock
Bill Rock is a Distinguished Service Professor Emeritus from the Department of Educational Administration. He and his wife, Ann, have started a nursing scholarship in honor of Ann and an endowed fund for the Liberal Arts; funded the installation of a hearing impaired sound system for the Department of Theatre; and established one of the College’s largest endowments for Graduate Education. The last project is Bill’s most recent. His passion for it has resulted in 39 gifts of $1,000 or more from colleagues who are Distinguished Professors, award recipients, and emeriti, as well as more than 800 additional gifts from graduates of the program. His good work is helping to provide opportunities for graduate students to travel to conferences and complete projects that previously went unfunded. We thank Bill and Ann for their support and for encouraging others to give.
