Brockport is planning a summer of fun in the Big Apple! We hope you’ll be able to join us at our planned events this summer to mix and mingle with Brockport alumni from the New York City Metro Area. Come out for evenings of fun, meet up with college friends, see what’s new in “Green and Gold” country, and enjoy great food, great people, and a great atmosphere.
A night of baseball on Staten Island! Come watch the Staten Island Yankees square off against the Aberdeen Iron Birds on June 29. Cost is $10 and includes ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, popcorn, soda, and water. Attendees also receive a free Staten Island Yankees cap. All kids 12 and under can also run the bases for free after the game.
Our second night of baseball in New York City is Friday, July 22 in Brooklyn. Enjoy the atmosphere of the historic Coney Island Boardwalk and watch the Brooklyn Cyclones battle the Aberdeen Iron Birds in the “Brockport Suite”. Game begins at 7 pm and fireworks follow the game. More details to come on food and promotional giveaways.
