Battle of Gettysburg, PA
This year's Battle Staff Ride was to one of the most famous and well-studied battles in American history. The Battle of Gettysburg was considered by most historians to be the turning point of the American Civil War by ending the Confederate drive into the North and by causing massive losses to both sides. The North was able to use its industrial advantage over the South to replace the men and material and begin to drive into the South.
