Cadet Troop Leadership Training (CTLT)

CTLT is a special program for MS-IIIs in Army ROTC which places the cadet in an active Army unit for 3-4 weeks following their Advanced Camp experience. CTLT cadets are given all the duties & responsibilities of a newly commissioned 2nd Lieutenant - and normally function as a Platoon Leader in the sponsoring unit. They are trained and mentored by a sponsor who is themselves a Lieutenant in the unit.
