Geva Theatre offers a five-week summer academy program for 30 young actors ages 12-18. Kelly was assistant stage manager for their final performance.

According to Kelly, "Working at Geva has afforded me some wonderful career connections and opportunities including filling in for the company manager and most recently working on American Buffalo as assistant stage manager.

My Arts for Children classes helped me effectively communicate with the designers and actors. I plan to work in children's theatre and eventually in an education department at a theatre that reaches out to youth. "
