Amanda Pickard sets the school record for career assists against Oneonta
Pickard break one school record and ties two others with offensive explosion
Senior Amanda Pickard (Depew, NY/Lancaster) scored three second-half goals to lead The College at Brockport Field Hockey team to a convincing 5-0 victory over SUNY Oneonta in a State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) game Saturday in Brockport during Homecoming weekend.
Brockport (6-6 Overall, 2-2 SUNYAC) scored twice in the first half as Kelly Henry (Glen Head, NY/North Shore) and freshman Jen Wojdan (East Aurora, NY/Iroquois) each notched goals in the first 35 minutes of action.
In the second half, Pickard took over scoring three times including twice in a span of four minutes. The goals were her 8th, 9th and 10th of the season. Her 10 goals are tops in the SUNYAC.
