Nazareth College scored all three goals in the second half as the Golden Flyers handed The College at Brockport Field Hockey team a 3-0 loss in a non-conference game Saturday at Nazareth.

Sophomore goalie Jen Allen (North Tonawanda, NY/Wilson) started for the Golden Eagles (1-3) and made five saves but allowed a pair of goals in the first five minutes of the second half before being replaced by freshman Kasey Schreiner (Hamburg, NY/Hamburg), who made six saves over the final 30 minutes of the contest and allowed one goal.

Brockport managed five shots in the game compared to 25 shots by Nazareth (2-2). The Golden Flyers also held a 13-2 advantage in penalty corners.

The Golden Eagles continues their longest span of games away from home on Friday with the start of State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) play at SUNY New Paltz and then at SUNY Oneonta Saturday. The Nazareth game was the first of five consecutive road games for the Golden Eagles.
