The scoring drought continued for The College at Brockport Field Hockey team as the Golden Eagles dropped a 4-0 decision to SUNY Oneonta Saturday afternoon in a State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) game in Oneonta.

Brockport (1-5 overall, 0-2 SUNYAC) have been shut out in four straight games and have not scored in just over 296 minutes since scoring in the second half of a 2-1 victory over Western New England College on September 6.

Freshman Kasey Schreiner (Hamburg, NY/Hamburg) made eight saves for the Golden Eagles. Oneonta (2-6, 1-1) scored twice in each half, including a pair of goals within a minute of each other late in the second half.

Brockport was outshot by a 21-5 margin and the Red Dragons held a 16-4 advantage in penalty corners.

The Golden Eagles continue their road trip at SUNY Oswego Tuesday and at SUNY Morrisville Friday.
