The Golden Eagles (1-6) will face Oswego later this season in a State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) game.
Brockport fell behind early as Oswego (2-4) scored with just more than three minutes elapsed into the game. The Lakers added a goal late in the first half to take a 2-0 lead and then scored the third goal of the game 12:30 into the second half.
Oswego had 12 shots to Brockport’s six and each team was awarded three penalty corners.
Freshman Kasey Schreiner (Hamburg, NY/Hamburg) made three saves and allowed all three goals before being replaced by Jen Allen (North Tonawanda, NY/Wilson) who made one save over the final 20 minutes of the game.
