DEFENSIVE POINTS

In three games in 1957, defensive lineman Leo Torre scored 10 points. He batted down a pass, caught it, and ran 29 yards to win the Ithaca game (19-13). He also scored the only points in two games on safeties, a 12-2 loss to Slippery Rock and a 2-0 win over Alfred.
