Track and Field Athletes Take Part in Art Galley Opening

Dancers is one of the featured sculptures at Greg Parizek's show
Senior Greg Parizek (Hilton, NY/Hilton), a thrower on The College at Brockport Track & Field Team, is the featured artist for an exhibit entitled "Man Made: ceramic sculptures by Greg Parizek," which opens Thursday, February 19, at the Tower Fine Arts Center on the Brockport campus. The collection of sculptures will be on display through March 13.

The opening will also feature a musical performance by junior pole vault specialist and violinist David Beauchamp (Lockwood, NY/Spencer-Van Etten) and a dance performance by the Student Dance Organization which includes senior sprinter and jumper Brittany Falcon (Victor, NY/Victor). The opening and performances are scheduled from 7-9 pm Thursday and the exhibit will be open during regular center hours of Monday-Friday from 10 am – 5 pm and Sunday from 1-4 pm.
