3. SUNYAC SAAC – Thursday October 18 th, 2007, 8:30am-5:30pm

5. Meal or No Meal – November 13 th

6. Broke up into committees to discuss contacts, supplies, process, etc. (leaf raking, can drive, end of year picnic, senior luncheon)
• Champs/Life Skills Discussion of changes
• one TE a week
• TE quotas raise min number for smaller teams
• Coaches count in quota for ESE events (10 points)
• split money up same as this year, 350 and 650
• keep competition the same – overall 1 st and 2 nd place
• Motion made by Gordon Pritchard and Seconded by Lisa Vonzagorski to change the TE quotas for Champs/Life Skills. Motion was incomplete, further discussion next meeting.
• A second motion was made by Ashley Broadhurst, seconded by Chad to have a team’s coach count in their ESE quota. If the quota is already met, the team will receive 10 extra points. Voted and majority voted yes, motion was passed.
