Ona Halladay and Stephanie Geer Named All-ECAC (05/28/2010)

Stephanie Geer and Ona Halladay were named second team All-ECAC
Third Baseman and Pitcher adds to list of year-end awards
Senior Ona Halladay (Palmyra, NY/Our Lady of Mercy) and junior Stephanie Geer (Binghamton, NY/Seton Catholic) picked up Second-Team All-Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) accolades as announced by the conference offices on May 27.
The duo led Brockport to a 32-12 overall record and a third place finish in the SUNYAC Tournament. The 32 wins set a new school record for wins in a season.
Halladay led the team in several offensive categories including hits (51), doubles (13), runs batted in (17) and stolen bases (10). She finished with a .389 average and scored 15 runs.
Geer threw six shutouts on the season as she finished 17-5 in the circle. She had 153 strikeouts with a 1.36 earned run average.
