Tennis Drops Close Match at SUNY Oswego
Katie Keller wins two matches for Brockport

Senior Katie Keller (Hamburg, NY/Hamburg) recovered after losing the first set in her match at fourth singles to win the final two and also teamed with fellow senior Erin McLaughlin (Scotia, NY/Scotia-Glenville) for an 8-3 decision at No. 3 doubles for The College at Brockport Tennis team Saturday at SUNY Oswego. The Golden Eagles fell to the Lakers, 6-3, on the day.
Brockport (2-10) dropped two of the three doubles matches and also lost the top three singles matches and the No. 5 singles match.
Keller dropped the first set at fourth singles by a 6-2 score but then came back to post a 7-6 win in the second set and a 6-4 win in the third set for the victory. Keller and McLaughlin posted an 8-3 win at No. 3 doubles for the only Brockport victory in the doubles competition. Natalie Wright (Cicero, NY/Cicero-North Syracuse) won her first singles match of the season as she posted a 7-5, 6-2 win in the sixth position.
