Bethany Schlegel named the SUNYAC Chancellor's Award winner for volleyball
Senior earnes top academic award for volleyball
Senior Bethany Schlegel (Lancaster, NY/Lancaster) was named to the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) 2008 Fall Chancellor’s Scholar-Athlete Team.
Schlegel was selected as the SUNYAC Women’s Volleyball representative for her achievements both academically and athletically.
The awards are given annually in each sport to a first or second team All-Conference member with the highest grade-point average. The SUNYAC announced the Fall Chancellor’s Scholar-Athlete Award winners for the 2008-09 academic year on December 4.
Schlegel led Brockport with 515 digs and finished her career with 1,774 digs.
