Seven Players Named Women’s Lacrosse All-SUNYAC (05/06/2008)
Lexie Goodhart, Courtney Dean and Kath Villa earn First-Team Honors
Kath Villa is one of three All-SUNYAC First Team selections
Senior Courtney Dean (Holland Patent, NY/Holland Patent), junior Kath Villa (Albany, NY/Shaker) and sophomore Lexie Goodhart (Syracuse, NY/Bishop Ludden) were each selected by the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) to the First Team All-SUNYAC Women’s Lacrosse squad. Seniors Julia Decker (Penn Yan, NY/Penn Yan), Jenny Baccile (Elmira, NY/Horseheads), Cara DelVecchio (Liverpool, NY/Liverpool) and freshman Jamie Kaminsky (Oakdale, NY/Sayville) were each selected to the Second-Team.
Goodhart led the Golden Eagles with 73 points on 41 goals and 32 assists and is a repeat member of the All-SUNYAC team as a First-Team selection. Villa was one of the top all-around players for Brockport with a team-leading 39 ground balls to go along with 24 caused turnovers and 28 draw controls.... read more »
