Brockport Wrestling Finishes Sixth at Conference Tournament
No Golden Eagles qualify for the NCAA Tournament

For the first time since 1970, The College at Brockport will not send a single wrestler to the NCAA Division III Championships after finishing sixth at the Empire Collegiate Wrestling Conference (ECWC) Championship Tournament Saturday at SUNY Oswego.

Brockport had one second-place finisher as Tom Voorhis (Chenango Forks, NY/Chenango Forks) was the runner-up at 197 pounds. Eric Van Patten (Scotia, NY/Scotia Glenville) took third at 174 pounds for the Golden Eagles.
