Lauren Mesi and Kelsey Conn Earn Second Team All-SUNYAC Honors
Mesi and Conn finished 8th and 10th respectively

Senior Lauren Mesi (East Aurora, NY/Clarence) and sophomore Kelsey Conn (Batavia, NY/Elba) both earned Second Team All-Conference distinction this past weekend at the 2008 SUNYAC Women�s Cross Country Championship held at SUNY Geneseo.

Mesi led the Golden Eagles with a time of 23:00 minutes, which was good for an eighth-place finish. Sophomore Conn finished two spots behind her teammate with a time of 23:07 to finish in tenth. Runners finishing in places eight through 15 earned second team all-conference honors.

The Golden Eagles placed fourth out of an eleven-team SUNYAC field with a total of 79 points.
