Budget and Resource Committee

The Budget and Resource Committee plays a critical role in the campus planning and resource allocation process, including assessing the effectiveness of institutional investments, reviewing division budget and planning priorities, and evaluating divisional requests for new resources. It was created to allow for consistency and transparency of the budget process and developments that impact The College at Brockport.

The recent work of the committee, in concert with College administration, has been instrumental in:

  1. focusing the attention of the campus community on the fiscal health of the College and the need to place the finances of the institution on a sustainable trajectory; and
  2. informing the development of a more structured and integrated approach to College planning, assessment , and resource allocation.
