IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - Please be advised that the College at Brockport will upgrade the student information system (Banner) during the week of November 23, 2009. As a result, students will be unable to utilize Web Banner and other online services, including web payment (credit cards and e-check) and student account inquiry, beginning at noon on Tuesday, November 24. We anticipate the system will once again be available beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, November 30. It is important to note that during this same timeframe, the Office of Student Accounts will be unable to accept credit card payments. Students may continue to remit payment in the form of cash, check or money order. We will resume accepting credit card payments on Monday, November 30. We apologize for any inconvenience youi may experience during this transition, and extend our warmest Thanksgiving wishes to you and your family.
ATTENTION STUDENTS, PARENTS AND CREDIT CARD TELEPHONE LINE USERS - Please be advised that the credit card call-in line will be discontinued effective December 1, 2009. The termination of the credit card call-in line is being implemented in an effort for The College and Office of Student Accounts to maintain the security and privacy of credit card holders' information. Credit card payments can still be made via submission of the monthly invoice or in-person at the Office of Student Accounts.

of student educational charges. Staff processes and distributes federal, state,
and privately funded financial aid funds, and administers an installment payment
plan for students. The office is committed to ideals of service excellence and
have developed internal policies and processes with the intent of enabling students
to achieve academically without undue concern over finances.
