Office of Student Accounts

Direct Deposit

The Office of Student Accounts at SUNY Brockport offers a direct deposit option for financial aid and other College refunds. Refunds can automatically be deposited into a checking or savings account at a bank of your choice. There are many advantages to students enrolling in the direct deposit option:

  • No risk of checks being lost or stolen.
  • Refunds are deposited into an existing checking or savings account.
  • You do not have to go to the bank to cash a check.
  • You and your parents can make deposits at any branch because you designate which bank the funds are to be directly deposited to.
  • You will still receive notification in the mail or e-mail confirming the amount of your refund and the deposit date into your bank account.
