The following is a mini-checklist of what needs to be completed before we can process and distribute your financial aid to you.
At SUNY Brockport, we give the first financial aid received to the students to enable them to have their money early for expenses. The College then applies last aid received to the student bill.
If you wish to decline any loans or grants or have excess aid funds disbursed to a different account, please click here for a printable Aid Disbursement/Declination Form. Once you complete and sign the form, return it to the Office of Student Accounts for processing.
SUNY Brockport offers a direct deposit option to students. This direct deposit option enables the Office of Student Accounts to distribute your financial aid and refund checks directly into your checking or savings account. You can designate any financial institution for direct deposit of your aid funds. Now you will be able to deal directly with a hometown bank or any bank you choose! One of the main advantages of enrolling in the direct deposit program will be decreased mailing delays.
