Steven T. Breslawski joined the faculty of SUNY Brockport in 1992. Previously he was an Associate Professor of Computer and Information Science at Temple University in Philadelphia. He has a Ph.D. in Management Science and Systems, an M.B.A. in Finance and Management Science, and a B.S. in Accounting, all from the University of Buffalo.
Professor Breslawski teaches courses in statistics, management information systems, production operations management, and data management. His research interests include the application of mathematical and computer-based tools to improve business decision making.
His research has been published in Computers and Operations Research, Journal of Multiple Criteria Decision Making, Journal of Systems and Software, Expert Systems With Applications, and Information Technology Resources Utilization and Management, and in other outlets.
In his spare time, Professor Breslawski enjoys time with his wife and kids, sailing, gardening, and inventing.
