Gary P. Briggs joined the faculty of SUNY Brockport in 1979. Previously he taught at Indiana University. He has an M.B.A. from Indiana University (Bloomington) and a B.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst).
Professor Briggs teaches courses in financial, managerial, and not-for-profit accounting. His research interests include financial reporting and disclosure issues.
In his spare time, Professor Briggs enjoys boating and auto racing.
