Dr. Callahan received his B.A. from Otterbein College and his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
His reseach interests are women in the labor force, youth in the labor force, discrimination in the labor market, and foreign aid vs. direct investment in Africa.
Articles by Professor Callahan have appeared in Social Science Quarterly, Personnel Journal, Management World, Growth and Change, and Industrial Relations.
In his spare time, Professor Callahan is a sportsman.
