Dr. Lerong He jointed the faculty of SUNY Brockport in 2008 as an assistant professor. Previously she has taught at Niagara University, West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and University of Pennsylvania. Dr. He obtained her Ph.D. degree in Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 2005, and her M.A. from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota in 2000. Dr. He teaches courses in Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, and Management Topic Seminar.
Dr He's primary research interests are in corporate governance, entrepreneurship, and business strategy. Dr. He has published in the Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of Management Accounting Research, and Journal of Derivative Accounting. Dr. He is a member of the Academy of Management, American Accounting Association, and Strategic Management Society.
In her spare time, Dr. He enjoys reading, cooking, classical music, and spending time with family and friends.
