Dr. John Keiser has been with the College at Brockport since 2001 as a faculty member in the Management Area. He started his role as Chairman of the Department fall semester 2009. Dr. Keiser earned his bachelors degree in Management Science from The Pennsylvania State University and his doctorate in Organizational Behavior from the University of Illinois. Prior to his appointment at Brockport, he was a member of the faculty of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He has also been a Visiting Professor at universities in Switzerland and Hungary.
While at Brockport, he has taught courses in Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, and Business, Government & Society, the course that covers ethics for Business Administration majors. His scholarship includes research in career patterns, corporate governance, nonprofit management, ethics, human resource management, and organizational theory.
