Dr. Susan Stites-Doe holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the University at Buffalo (1995), an MBA in Marketing Management from Pace University (1984), and a BS in Business Administration from SUNY Plattsburgh.
Dr. Stites-Doe teaches Organizational Behavior (BUS 366). Her research interests include organizational socialization, regret as a post-decisional reaction to career choice and entry, international management, and gender differences in leadership.
She has published papers in several journals, including The Journal of Applied Social Psychology, The International Review of Women in Leadership, National Accounting Journal, and Journal of Family and Economic Issues. Her textbook publications focus on topics related to organizational behavior and leadership.
Dr. Stites-Doe is on the Boards of Directors of Educational Testing Services' GRE (Graduate Record Examination) and TOEFL groups, and also serves as a Board member on the National Professional Science Masters Association. She has consulted with many organizations, including Eastman Kodak.
Dr. Stites-Doe is a Brockport resident. Despite her love of the greater Rochester area, she is passionate in her desire to learn about the cultures of other nations, and enjoys an increasing amount of international travel. She loves to watch live baseball and movies of all kinds.
