Advisory Boards

The Department has four advisory boards:

  • Accounting Advisory Council

    • This council is comprised of prominent and experienced accounting professionals in the Rochester area. It advises the Department on matters of curriculum, programs, and initiatives.

  • Business Advisory Council

    • This council is comprised of executives in the Rochester area. It advises the Department on matters of curriculum, programs, and initiatives.

  • Alumni Advisory Council

    • This council is comprised of alumni from the Accounting, Business Administration, and International Business programs. It provides the Department with recommendations on how to leverage the talents and connections of the Department’s alumni.

  • Council of Students

    • This council is comprised of motivated student representatives from each of the Department’s majors and specialty areas. It ensures that the viewpoints and opinions of the our students are considered by the Department when making decisions that involve Department policies and programs.
