Chancellor’s Awards
The recipients of Chancellor's Awards are honored for superb teaching and extraordinary service to students. They are required to be active scholars in their fields and adhere to the highest academic standards. This is the most prestigious achievement award for faculty in the SUNY system. Only 1% of faculty across all SUNY campuses statewide receive this award each year. The following Department of Business Administration & Economics faculty have recently received Chancellor's Awards:
Professor Gary Briggs was awarded the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching (2006).
Dr. John Spitzer was awarded the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Scholarship and Creative Activities (2006).
Dr. Sandeep Singh was awarded the Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Teaching (2005).
Dr. James Cordeiro was awarded the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching (2004).
Dr. Jeffrey Strieter was awarded the Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Teaching(2003).
