Academic Advisement
Academic advisement is provided by department faculty. Each student is assigned a faculty advisor upon completing the Intent to Major or the Declaration of Major form (click here for an explanation of the difference between these forms; opens in a new browser window). Students should seek advisement from their assigned faculty advisor, who will have a complete file on the student, including the DARS report and the Student Advisement Key number that is needed to register for courses . In the event a student cannot see the assigned faculty advisor, Kim Breslawski, the department's Assistant Advisement Coordinator, can provide advisement. For an appointment with Breslawski see or call Mary Derleth in 119 Hartwell, (585) 395-2623.
For general questions about advisement, see Academic Advisement's home page. (opens in a new browser window)
