Campus Resources
The following are some of the resources available to you on campus:
- Drake Memorial Library (opens in a new browser window) is that big building connected by a covered pedestrian bridge from the north part of campus. Be sure to take a library tour to get the most out of this important resource.
- Since you'll be frequenting the computer labs (opens in a new browser window) regularly, check out Dailey Hall, the largest computer facility on campus, as well as the department's computer lab in Hartwell Hall 103-105 .
- Get to know the Office of Career Services (opens in a new browser window). It's never too early to start thinking about your career, and this office provides outstanding opportunities to prepare you for corporate life, including workshops on résumé writing, interviewing, business etiquette, and making the most out of a job fair, to name just a few.
- Registration and Records (opens in a new browser window) provides information on add/drop dates, and related policies.
- Most accounting, business and economics courses are held in Hartwell Hall, although occasionally you will find them in other buildings around campus. Aside from the vending machines near the elevator in Hartwell, the closest places to get a bite to eat are at Hartwell cart and the Student Union where you'll find the nearest copier.
- Finally, be sure you've noted the days off this semester from the official Academic Calendar (opens in a new browser window).
