Academic Advisement

Clubs

Contains the “Code of Conduct” that is referenced on business course syllabi.

Provides answers to frequently asked questions.
Forms

Contains frequently used forms including various advisement forms and forms for transfer credit requests, course add requests, course withdrawal requests, CIS106 and ENL308 waiver requests, and declaration/change of major.
