Step 1

To apply for a grant please complete the following Application Form and Room Reservation Form. The Application Form must be typed. The deadline to submit an application is October 15th for Spring semester programs and March 15th for Fall semester programs. Turn in both forms to the Office of Campus Life (room 203, Seymour College Union).

Step 2

The Graduate Assistant will contact you within one month of the deadline in regards to the acceptance of your program proposal. Once accepted, a pre-event meeting will be set up with the Graduate Assistant to discuss set-up, execution, and associated costs of the program. All pre-event meetings must take place at least one month prior to the program date.

Step 3

Advertise, gather materials, and put on your event (details discussed in pre-event meeting). If you would like assistance in creating advertisements for your event, fill out a Marketing Request Form electronically, and email it to latenite@brockport.edu.

Step 4

Fill out a Budget Report Form (make sure to attach receipts) and a Program Report Form. Both forms must be typed and then printed out.

Step 5

Bring the Budget and Program reports to a post-event meeting with the Graduate Assistant.
