Group Exercise classes here at Brockport allow students and members the opportunity to work out under the guidance of certified group exercise instructors. Emphasis is placed on fun, safety, and wellness as participants are led through a variety of different class options. Classes include: Zumba™, BodyPump™, TRX™, cycling, yoga, and more! 

Classes are geared toward all fitness levels, and instructors are skilled in adapting exercises as necessary based on a participant’s skill level.

Classes are free for College at Brockport students. All other members will need to purchase a 10-class punch pass at the Membership Services Desk. This pass can be used for any classes throughout the semester. 

Individual class passes can be purchased for $6 at the SERC Membership Desk.
