Each client must have a valid College at BROCKPORT student ID or a valid Campus Recreation membership card. Potential clients must fill out a Client Information Packet, which may be obtained online or at the Membership Services desk located in the SERC. Clients must pay for all sessions before the process begins. The personal training supervisor will notify the potential client upon receipt of information packet. The assigned trainer will then contact the client to set up an appointment. The trainer will meet the client for the first session at the Membership Services desk.
Personal trainers are prohibited from establishing dietary regiments for clients!

Failure to call Membership Services at 395-5051 at least six hours prior to the appointment will result in the client being charged for the appointment.
|Trainer Cancellation Policy|
|If a trainer fails to show up for a session or cancels the session without six hours notice, the trainer must reschedule the session. If the trainer fails to reschedule two or more sessions, the client has the option to ask for a new trainer or be refunded the unused sessions.|
